ABOUT THE CURATOR

Kimberly Mora is the art columnist for the NOW Newsletter, where she profiles women in the arts on a bi-monthly basis, and her interviews of artists have appeared in One World Magazine and NY Arts. Her past curatorial experience includes the video art installment of the Magnitude show at the Educational Alliance (02/02) and the video art installment of the abc no rio biennial (03/02). She is currently curating new media/video art events at R::E::M::O::T::E Lounge, is organizing and curating multiple video art events around Manhattan for the Free Biennial (04/02), and is co-curating a short film screening at the Broadway Screening Room with Director Adam M. Goldstein for May 2002. She is currently working on a series of documented dialogues with artists that more closely examine process in the studio. She is incredibly street, living and playing in Brooklyn N.Y.
