Pulce d'Acqua was created in 1994, as a meeting-space in the old centre of Cuneo, in cooperation with the Municipality of the Town, offering rooms and being responsible for the costs.

In 1996 started the P.H2O Arte, Domenico Olivero's idea, to create a project for art (self-financed oneself, no-profit), in this place it is possible to present all forms of art; exposition, installation, research work, conference, books, catalogues and much more (it accepts cooperation for other art-projects)...
