FREE BIENNIAL: PROJECTS: THE GOLDEN TICKETS
THE GOLDEN TICKETS

ANDEW ZOLLI & JUSTYN ZOLLI

The Golden Tickets is a free art project inspired by the work of Sal Randolph and "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory," by Roald Dahl.

During the month of April, five hand-printed "golden tickets" will be "reverse shoplifted" into retail locations and other highly frequented spaces around New York City.

The finders of these tickets will be directed to www.thegoldentickets.org, where they will learn that they are entitled to a free portrait by Justyn Zolli, an artist working in Williamsburgh, Brooklyn. For those winners not wishing to visit Justyn's studio, the portraits may be created from photographs sent to the artist.

HOW TO LOCATE

The tickets will be hidden throughout New York City.

The tickets will be hidden starting April 1st. The project will end when all tickets have been discovered.
